“Biggest college party in the Metro”

Before anything else I would like to say that everything you are about to read is just an opinion. My opinion about the event, nothing more. I just want my readers (if I have any lol) to know how the “biggest college party in the Metro” went.. based on my experience and observation.

Okay, adhoc. I suppose you guys know what that is. People were talking about it everywhere days/weeks ago before the day of the event, August 23rd Friday. It was my first (AND DEFINITELY MY LAST) “Adhoc experience”.

I didn’t really want to attend,  I wanted to spend my Saturday night somewhere else instead. But Maryse (a close friend) kind of insisted to go to Adhoc, “Try lang natin!” she said. Okay sure, let’s see.

There were a lot of people (as expected) inside and outside the venue. Pretty sure the party was CRAAAAAZY to (some of) those who were able to get in.. However, hundreds of people were waiting outside, sweating and the organizers failed to address that. It was very disappointing especially to those who had tickets but failed to get inside. Well I’m not one of those folks but just like them, I was also disappointed. Two of my friends arrived late, and they actually thought they were gonna die (real talk) because of the raging crowd by the entrance who almost caused a stampede. It was around eleven I think, and people were still lining up (and pushing one another) just to get in. Hopefully no one got hurt.

In just one word I can sum up everything there is to know about the party; Makalat. Figuratively and literally speaking.

 Piece of advice; better planning next time. Maybe a bigger venue to accommodate all the people, in an open ground perhaps? And a more enhanced system of entry. Pero sige okay lang, anyhow the proceeds would be benificial for the less fortunate naman, so yeap it’s nice to know that we were able to help. Thumbs up for that, UP JMA.

PS: I was on my party pooper mode. Even so, the party really didn’t turn out well.
